How do the Patty Boards work?

The Patty Boards enable you to produce virtually any shape, size, thickness, or weight patty using the same press. All boards are designed to work exclusively with the IKX1 Press. The IKX1 comes with a standard board for quarter-pounder burgers measuring 4.3" W x 0.5" H.

Do we offer custom Patty Boards?

Yes! Simply email support@ironkitcheninc.com with your patty shape, size, and thickness and we'll get it done.

Are our products dishwasher-safe?

All of our products are 100% dishwasher safe. Corrosion-resistant stainless steel and food-grade plastics only!

Does the IKX1 require assembly?

The IKX1 is shipped partially constructed and requires simple assembly before operation. Any necessary tools for assembly are provided with your order.

Where are our products made?

Designed and built in rural North Carolina. We're committed to American manufacturing - not just on the label.

Do we ship internationally?

At this time, our products are available exclusively to customers located within the United States.
